Margaret McMillan Nursery School in Islington:

Although their Beacon school programme has now ceased to be funded, they are continuing to offer visits to Foundation stage practitioners. This is an opportunity to visit the school on an ordinary working day. The school helped to develop many collaborative activities around books. There will be an introduction to the school, followed by an opportunity to look around the school in action accompanied by a member of staff. There will also be time set aside at the end of the visit for questions. Visits for 2004- 2005 will take place on Wednesdays on either the morning or the afternoon: 9.45 to 12 and 1.15 to 3.30 on the following dates:

3rd November 2004

8th December 2004

19th January 2005
